คนละ 1000 บาท ถือว่าคุ้มมากนะคะ อาหารและที่พักถือว่าโอเคเลย ที่สำคัญพนักงานบริการดีมาก แต่รีสอร์ทอยู่ในไปนิดนึง รวมๆแล้ว ชอบเลยค่ะ

อันดับเเรกคือราคาห้องพักถูกมากครับ บรรยากาศดี ต้นไม่เยอะมากครับ ราคาห้อง 800 ได้อาหารเช้าอีกถือว่าคุ้มมากๆครับ

Horrible customer service at this resort, would never recommend to anyone. Booked 2 weeks in advance for a romantic anniversary weekend which was completely overlooked in every aspect and made the stay unpleasant. BEWARE! 1. Buritara offered a unique private dwelling at a heavily discounted price on booking.com then gave the room away, placed me in a smaller room and charged me the same amount - no compensation was given whatsoever when normally I would receive something like a free meal or a room rental that reflected a discount like the one I booked. 2. The staff advertises "arranging local transportation" which is more of a scam that they set up with local drivers. Our driver had previous obligations so he could not take us where we wanted to go, only where he had time to go yet still charged the same price.. In the end, he even dropped us off, made us pay and left us at a destination while we had to wait for over 30 minutes in the 40 degree heat for Buritara staff to come pick us up. 3. We asked for a special request - "something special for our anniversary" and instead we were given a handful of headaches. 4. We ordered 'room service' which was a shenanigan in and of itself. With no menu we are forced to pick anything they suggest. we ordered ka-prow kung which was completely raw and inedible - they told us "this is just a special kind of shrimp".. I only ate a little bit and we ordered chicken instead which we could not eat because it was full of bones.Thanks Buritara but your special kind of shrimp lands people including my girlfriend and I in the hospital due to food poisoning. 5. the wifi wasn't strong enough so didn't exist in our room. You will not be treated as a customer, but rather as a dollar bill. There was no responsibility or compensation for this despite contacting the resort and booking.com 7 days ago. Sai yok is far, and this resort is further away.
